There are main two safaris in Kaziranga National Park. Elephant & Jeep Safari. Besides there are many places to visit as Sight Seeing. Details for each activities including accommodation is given below.
Elephant Safari: Western Range, Bagori
Timing: 5 a.m., 6 a.m. and 7 a.m.

Bokakhat: 33 KMs
*This safari needs to be booked earlier and have to pay 50% as advance for confirmation. The safari time will be given one day before at about 07.00 p.m.
**Only Indians are allowed in Western Range for the Elephant Ride.
Elephant Safari: Central Range, Kohora
Distance From –
Kohora: 1 KM
Bokakhat: 22 KMs
*This safari cannot be booked advanced for both Foreign and Indian Nationals. Tickets issued from 7 pm every evening during the tourist season and is on first come first serve basis. Foreign tourists are preferred first. Indians could have safari in this range but we will not give any guarantee for the tickets.
Jeep Safari:

Nearest Airports are “Jorhat” (88 KMs) and “Tezpur” (80 KMs) but flights may be available for “Guwahati” (240 Kms).
