Kaziranga National Park is reopening for National and Foreign tourist from 1st November of 2015 to 30th April of 2016. As always the park authority will start the elephant safari from 1st of November 2015. But jeep safari is expecting to be start from the mid of October 2015 depending on the weather as well as the road conditions inside the UNESCO World Heritage Site.

About 30 of private elephants in Western Range, Bagori and 15 of departmental elephants in Central Range, Kohora is expecting to be allow for visiting purpose inside the National Park. Also about 300 jeeps for Central Range, Kohora, 100 jeeps for Western Range, Bagori and 100 jeeps for Eastern Range, Agoratoli are getting dressed for visiting purpose inside the Park from mid of October as said above.
